Ponder the Possibilities of Faster Transit

It’s a quick drive from Eastern Wake County to Raleigh and other points in the Triangle. But sometimes, it’s easier to let somebody else take the wheel while you read, or pop in your earbuds and listen to some tunes. Great news: GoTriangle’s new route expansion to Wendell and Zebulon makes getting around by bus a lot easier for the current and residents of this rapidly growing region.

Route ZWX links Zebulon, Wendell/Wendell Falls and Raleigh and is now operated by GoTriangle, giving area residents more transit options and greater reliability.  The benefit for future Ponder residents: car-free and care-free, accessible routes from both directions and a few brand-new stops. Not to mention, the new route stops at the Raleigh Union Station Bus Terminal (RUS), allowing passengers to easily transfer to other bus routes—or catch a train— if needed. Route ZWX runs hourly, Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. View the full schedule here.
