View the Community Map for Ponder
You’ve been asking for the site plan for Ponder, and we’re excited to share that it’s finally here and available to download! This site map features the first two phases of Ponder, a new home community coming to Wendell, NC in fall 2026.
Currently, the map shows what we have planned in the initial phases, including parks, water features, and the location of our main amenity center, Ponder House. You’ll also find residential homesites that will be released once we grand open (more on that soon) and future development phases.
