On the Ground at Ponder: April Milestones

April has been an exciting month at Ponder, with several key areas of the community beginning to take shape. Check out what's been happening behind the scenes this month, as we go from foundation to front doors! 

Ponder House

This month, the foundation was poured for Ponder House, the community’s signature amenity center. Work began on the chimney for the outdoor fireplace, which will be a gorgeous feature situated along a side of the 5,300-square-foot wrap-around porch. Our team also finalized design selections for cozy seating areas and welcome gathering spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Turtle Park

One of the first signature parks at Ponder will be Turtle Park, and Zen the Turtle got his first coat of paint this month! Zen was custom commissioned all the way from Norway and will be traveling here to his new home in just a few weeks. Pretty cool, right? Getting Connected

The first phases of Ponder officially have paved roads now, a huge milestone towards connecting the community and creating access from the entryway to homes and amenities. Throughout the community, we’ve planned for up to four miles of multi-use paths and trails, including connections to a public greenway. This means that whichever home you choose at Ponder, residents will enjoy access to amenities, parks and playgrounds just a quick walk or bike ride away from their front doors.
