Ponder Progress: See What We’ve Been Up To

July was an exciting month at Ponder, with several key areas of the community getting closer to completion. Check out what's been happening behind the scenes this month, as we countdown to our grand opening this fall:

Ponder House:

Ponder House is really taking shape, and boy is it a beauty! Recently, the exterior was painted in a signature blue hue, inspired by the water features that make the community so unique. Glass walls were installed, giving a modern look to the façade while allowing picture-perfect views of Lake Ponder from the inside.

At Ponder Lake, the dock and kayak launch are getting their final touches.

Signage

Our entry sign (aka your new ‘Welcome Home’ sign) was installed, and landscaping around the monument is well underway to make our entrance picture-perfect.

Homes

The first model homes are under construction, which will be ready for you to tour at our grand opening this fall (stay tuned for more details on that)! The footings are in and foundation was poured for the Info Cabin, which will be a resource for new home shoppers and agents wanting to learn more about the community, or grab a coffee before exploring the models.  To learn more about our homebuilder team, click here.
