Ponder House Progress

One of the first amenities Ponder residents will be able to enjoy is Ponder House. Designed to set the tone for a fresh take on lake-inspired living, this amenity will bring families and neighbors together. The architecture and design give nods to the beauty found in nature, and modern touches bring out timeless beauty and charm with beautiful Lake Ponder serving as the perfect backdrop.

While the building is still coming together, we wanted to give you a little sneak peek into the process. The foundation has been laid. The walls have gone up, and the rooms are starting to take shape.

Walking into Ponder house, you will be greeted by a spacious airy room with floor to ceiling windows looking out at scenic Lake Ponder. This is the perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature while taking full advantage of Ponder’s modern amenities.

Another one of the areas inside the Ponder House will be a large open gathering room. This is the perfect place to grab a coffee and meet up with a friend or find a quiet space to get some work done. This space will also be the perfect rentable location for any birthday party or shower!

In addition to the interior gathering rooms, Ponder House will be the home to Ponder’s 24/7 fitness studio and iconic wrap-around porch.

From rending to realization, this space is shaping up to be something special.
