Ponder Days Bring Lake-Inspired Living to Life

More than 500 visitors came together at Ponder for Ponder Days, a weekend celebration marking the grand opening of the new-home community with music, lakeside activities and a first look at what's taking shape.

The weekend marked several exciting milestones, including the opening of the Info Cabin, Ponder House and five model homes from Ponder's three builder partners. With 18 homes already sold, the celebration offered plenty of reasons to look forward to what's ahead.

A Weekend of Good, New-Fashioned Fun

Ponder Days brought visitors together to experience the laid-back, summer-retreat lifestyle that defines the community. Guests explored Ponder House, The Canopy and Turtle Park, along with the lake and other outdoor gathering spaces designed to encourage connection and time spent outside.

Throughout the weekend, visitors enjoyed live music, food trucks, yard games, chalk art and a special turtle showcase. The Bubble Man added to the festivities, while lakeside activities and model home tours gave guests a chance to explore the neighborhood and experience what makes Ponder a special place to call home.

A highlight of the celebration was the opening of the 5,300-square-foot Ponder House, a new gathering place overlooking Ponder Lake. Featuring inviting indoor gathering spaces, a fitness center and a wraparound porch overlooking the water, Ponder House offers residents a place to connect and unwind.

Guests also explored the newly opened Info Cabin, where prospective homebuyers can learn more about Ponder, its builders and the homes and amenities taking shape throughout the community.

Five Model Homes, Three Builder Partners

Another highlight of the weekend was the debut of five model homes from Ponder's three builder partners: Brookfield Residential, Homes by Dickerson and Garman Homes.

Each home showcases a different approach to modern living, with a variety of floor plans, architectural styles and design details. Together, the five models offer visitors a firsthand look at the homes and possibilities available at Ponder.

The weekend's interest offered an exciting glimpse of what's ahead as Ponder welcomes its first wave of future residents.

A Summer Retreat Soul, All Year Long

Inspired by the simple pleasures of summers spent outdoors, Ponder brings together natural beauty, recreation and a relaxed, lake-inspired setting.

At the heart of the community is Ponder Lake, where residents can enjoy the waterfront and take in the surrounding scenery. Ponder House and the community's outdoor gathering spaces offer even more ways to enjoy the outdoors, from yoga on the lawn to climbing and play at Turtle Park. As Ponder continues to take shape, future amenities will include pickleball courts, a swimming pool, a dog park and campsites, expanding opportunities for residents to enjoy the outdoors, connect with neighbors and experience Ponder's signature summer retreat soul. Ponder Days offered a glimpse of what's ahead, with plenty more to discover as the neighborhood grows.
