Ponder House Now Open

Ponder House, our main amenity center, is now open and ready for residents to enjoy, right from move-in day!

Walking into Ponder House, you're greeted by a spacious, airy room with floor to ceiling windows looking out at scenic Ponder Lake. This is the perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature while taking full advantage of Ponder’s modern amenities.

Just around the corner is another large open gathering space, the Lakeview Room. This is the perfect spot to grab a coffee and meet up with a friend or find a quiet space to get some work done. The Lakeview Room doubles as a rentable space for any birthday party or shower, complete with oversized island and kitchenette to make catering a breeze.

In addition to the interior gathering rooms, Ponder House is home to a 24/7 fitness studio and iconic wrap-around porch with dual-sided fireplace, firepits, and cozy outdoor seating.
