Ponder Builders Bring Home Gold and Silver at the 2026 Triangle Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes gala, held on October 13, 2026, brought builders, industry professionals, and community leaders together to celebrate 61 years of showcasing some of the Triangle’s best homes. For the Ponder team, the evening was especially exciting, as the Rosemary model by Homes by Dickerson earned a Gold Award and the Grant model by Brookfield Residential received a Silver Award!

Over three weekends in October, visitors explored 300+ homes built by 90 different builders across the Triangle in 190 different communities, getting a firsthand look at the latest home designs and communities. Among so many outstanding homes and communities featured in this year’s Parade, Ponder was honored to take home the two big wins.
