Sneak Peek: Homes by Dickerson's Model Home

Ponder’s grand opening is just around the corner, and the grounds are bustling with activity to get everything ready for our first residents this fall. Ponder House looks pristine with its fresh coat of paint, Ponder Lake’s dock is ready for outdoor enjoyment and our incredible builders have officially broken ground on the first homes. 

With all the excitement in the air, we recently stopped by the Homes by Dickerson Rosemary model that’s currently under construction, and we couldn’t be more excited about how it’s coming together.

While a few finishing touches still need to be made before the home is ready to officially debut, we can’t help but share a few sneak peeks showing off our favorite details.

From your first steps inside the Rosemary, you’ll feel right at home. Just beyond the front door is a cozy bench poised to perfectly combine beauty and functionality, along with an eye-catching sconce that could serve as a reading light or a passing spot to take a seat and pull on your shoes before whatever outdoor adventure awaits you around the community.

Further into the home, you’ll find a beautifully designed kitchen, dedicated dining space and, perhaps our favorite feature of all, a living room anchored by a stunning vaulted ceiling. It’s a simple yet striking detail that makes the space feel open, inviting and effortlessly elevated. It perfectly captures the feeling of modern lake life living—and exactly the kind of home environs we envision throughout Ponder.
