Starting on the first day you call our community home, every Ponder home will come with a Spectrum package, giving residents access to high-speed internet and a robust lineup of entertainment options—all designed to make getting connected at move-in simple and convenient.

Each home will include 1 Gig Fiber Internet, providing the speed and connectivity needed to stream, work from home, game, browse and keep your whole household connected.

Also included in the Ponder Spectrum package are more than 125 channels, along with access to a wide selection of premium apps. Residents can also receive up to three Xumo IP Boxes, making it easy to access streaming and entertainment on TVs that aren’t already smart TVs. Prefer your own device? You can also use compatible devices such as Roku, Apple TV or the Amazon Fire TV Stick.

The best news: It is as easy as it sounds. All homes will come Spectrum Ready with a pre-installed router, so residents can simply scan the QR code on the router to activate their service.

For the tech-challenged or for those needing a bit more support, Ponder residents will have access to a dedicated Spectrum support line, making it easier to get help when questions or technical needs arise.

After all, home is where the Wi-Fi set-up is easy—and included! With the Spectrum package already built into your HOA dues, you can skip the extra step of arranging and paying for these services separately. At $40 per month (included in your monthly HOA dues), the package brings together internet, TV, streaming options and equipment in one convenient offering.
