Parade of Homes Coming to Ponder: Visit the Community Before Its Grand Opening
Ponder is excited to be featured as a stop on this year’s Parade of Homes event, taking place over three weekends: October 3-4, 9-11 and 16-18, with homes open from noon to 5pm. While the community’s official Ponder Days Grand Opening celebration will take place October 24-25, the Parade of Homes offers an exclusive opportunity to look at everything Ponder has to offer, including four of Ponder’s beautifully designed model homes.
Perfectly positioned just five minutes from Highway 87, Ponder combines the charm of peaceful small-town living with everyday conveniences close by. Residents are just minutes from Raleigh and both Wendell and Zebulon. With new homes starting in the $300,000s, Ponder is a place where residents can enjoy a more balanced lifestyle with a side of good new-fashioned fun!

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a dual vanity and large walk-in closet. The flexible layout adapts to your needs, offering either a traditional three-bedroom configuration or a dual primary bedroom design.
Serenity Point by Dickerson
Two Story | 3 bed | 3 bath | 2,792 Sq. Ft.
Serenity Point brings a relaxed cottage feel to Ponder with a vaulted living room, exposed wood beams and a stone fireplace at the center of the main living space. The kitchen, dining area and family room open to one another, while soft, nature-inspired finishes and warm wood accents give the home a distinctly lakeside character.
Grant by Brookfield Residential
Two Story | 5 bed | 4.5 bath | 3,180 Sq. Ft.
The Grant is a spacious, versatile home designed for modern living. The open main level centers around a gourmet kitchen and expansive family room. This floor also includes a private guest bedroom (or optional office). Upstairs, a loft provides additional living space, while the primary suite features two walk-in closets.
Warm As This by Garman Homes
Two Story | 4 bed | 3.5 bath | 2,346 Sq. Ft
Warm as This was inspired by the 10,000 Maniacs song These Are Days. This house celebrates the simple moments that make a house feel like a home. The home features a main-level primary suite and an open kitchen, dining and family room. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and flexible space create room for movie nights, game days, homework sessions, or simply unwinding at the end of the day.
